Twin Tier Techs has two subsidiaries. One, Twin Tier MTS, specializing only in Medical Office Computer Tech Support, and the other for web design, "E3" Web Designs, based in Rochester, NY, operated by Mark Husband-Wood.
The combination of these two subsidiaries allows for a much more reasonable price for the home user when having spyware and virus removal or regular maintenance performed.
Doug Wood says "By focusing the bulk of our sales on the larger federally mandated business persons, we are able to afford to charge considerably less for the home user."
